Careers: Telemarketing Executive

WN1 Sustainability are seeking a Telemarketer who will report to the Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to schedule qualified appointments with key decision-makers. Our lighting specialists will then conduct lighting surveys, presenting the outcomes to our clients. Consistent performance and continuous learning through in-house training are crucial aspects of this role.

Key Aspects of the Job

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our contact list.
Manage your pipeline and tasks efficiently using our internal CRM system.
Build rapport and identify cross-selling opportunities for our other sustainability products.
Schedule qualified appointments using a consultative sales approach.
Handle relevant documentation and administrative requirements.
Capture customer details accurately.
Respond to incoming calls from prospective customers generated through social media and various marketing strategies.
Work towards achieving individual and company targets.

Skills / Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in Customer service / Telemarketing / Appointment maker/ Telesales roles.
Previous experience in B2B selling.
Ability to work as a part of a team.
Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and a strong desire to excel.
The aspiration to achieve the salary you deserve.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to switch direction at any time.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time
Location: CT3, Wigan Investment Centre, Wigan.
Reference ID:
Salary: up to £24,000 depending on experience, with an OTE of £45,000.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm work schedule
Annual Leave: 28 days holiday (Including bank holidays)
